Yoga

Mondays

5:30pm-6:15pm

a dynamic practice that flows from one pose to another, using the breath to unite the mind and body. Through strengthening and stretching postures, you will feel relaxed and restored.  All levels welcomed- all you need to do us breathe and turn inwards! 

Strength

Wednesdays

12:00pm - 12:30pm

A full-body workout using weight plates, barbells, resistance bands, and steps combined with bodyweight exercises to create compound and isolation exercises to get you lean, toned, and fit. Experience high-intensity, full-body workouts that target the major muscle groups of the upper and lower body.

HIIT

Tuesdays

12:00pm - 12:30pm

HIIT stands for high intensity interval training. This interval based workout is a combination of cardio and strength exercises performed at a high intensity followed by a short, low intensity recovery period. This circuit-style class is sure to provide a tough workout. You’ll be challenged to push your own individual limits and walk out feeling strong!
